In general the hotel was very nice. It was clean and presentable. It was not grand and it was not on the beach hence the name grand beach was not applicable. The staff at the entrance desk and in the dining room were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast selections were extremely plentiful and very good.
This hotel was good value for the money in comparison to other hotels along the beachfront. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean . The swimming pool on the 12th floor of the hotel was a definite plus. The view was beautiful and it was a nice place to just unwind and relax

The location is great, from the hotels in the area it is the best value for money.
The breakfast service has lowered the quality of both the dishes and especially the service. They insist on taking away your plate and the coffee you're drinking instead of cleaning dirty tables.

One person in particular was very helpful and sweet; I believe here name was Sheni. Considering it is close to the beach with a lot of teenage or a little older travelers, it was very clean.
The wifi never worked properly. The breakfasts weren't great.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially if you don't have a car. For what few questions we had the staff were helpful, but they could stand to be more proactive in assisting customers who want to find a place to eat and make reservations. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of fruits and cheeses *(and Jachnun on Shabbat,) and very helpful serving staff. The pool is small, but convenient and the lifeguard spoke to people when the pool was empty.
Our room was a re-finished room, but parts of the wallpaper were peeling and the bathrooms could stand some re-finishing. The shower / tub combo could be dangerous; it needs a floor mat or other non-skid surface in tghe tub itself, and the single shower door on the tub doesn't keep water off the floor.

The pool on the 12th floor was nice and relaxful. The majority of the hotel staff spoke english .
As they know , the lifts need updating.

Although the room was small, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and it's very close to the beach. The building looked pretty really nice too considering the price we paid... better than we were expecting as we are students travelling with a tight budget.
Would've been nice to have a microwave we could use... this really isn't a complaint, the hotel was really great.
